I've built agents that answer and reschedule appointment calls, write and track outreach emails, answer questions from your own documents, and run first-round candidate interviews. If you could explain the task to a new hire on one page, it can probably be automated. On our first call I'll tell you honestly if AI is the right tool, or if a simple script would do the job.
Yes, that's the point. I build inside your stack, not beside it. I've connected agents to Twilio phone lines, Google Calendar, Stripe, Supabase, MongoDB, email, SMS and WhatsApp. If your tool has an API or webhooks, I can usually connect to it.
I plan for it from day one. The agent asks for confirmation before it changes anything important, like moving a customer's appointment. It falls back to a safe default if the model fails, and hands off to a person when it isn't sure. Everything is logged, so you can see what it did and why.
With a short call about the workflow you want to automate: who does it today, which tools are involved, and what "done" looks like. Then I send a written scope with a price and timeline. You see a working version early, not at the end, so your feedback shapes the real thing instead of a slide.
Most projects are fixed-price and agreed in writing before work starts, so there are no surprise invoices. Ongoing improvements and support can be billed hourly. You can hire me directly, or through Upwork or Fiverr if you prefer their payment protection.
You do. The code lives in your repository, and the API keys and accounts stay in your name. Nothing is locked to me, so you can keep working with me or hand it to your own team.
